Sapho Elaine Flor Teologo
I grew up In Los Angeles and have called Oakland home since 2013. My ancestry is in the Philippines. I have been practicing massage and bodywork since 2010 and am studying Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine at AIMC, Berkeley.
As a massage therapist, I have focused my work on being an advocate for other healthcare practitioners, promoting self-care for the prevention of burn out. I have a strong motivation to offer support to social justice activists, people of color, LGBTQ, and those who have limited access to healthcare. I am interested in working with people who experience chronic pain and stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders. My focus is to encourage and support an individual's movement towards freedom and a sense of wholeness by providing a safe space to heal and grow.
